To sustain the implementation of DHIS2, Ethiopia needs to have adequate local technical capacity and a sustainable linkage with the DHIS2 global community. As a result, in partnership with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the MOH 16 competent experts were selected through a rigorous screening process. The D2T is a technical panel for the country to provide continuous support in DHIS2 version upgrade, maintenance, support and server administration.
