#HABTech, in collaboration with the #Addis_Ababa_City_Administration_Health_Bureau, officially launched a new performance monitoring dashboard that includes 39 key indicators from various health departments, developed over the past six months, the dashboard aims to improve service quality and utilization across the city’s health sector.
The launch #event, which included a workshop and capacity-building efforts, was attended by Dr. Mulugeta, Deputy Head of the Health Bureau, and various department directors. During the workshop, the Deputy Head emphasized the importance of utilizing the dashboard effectively and continuously improving it based on user feedback to enhance service quality and utilization within the city administration.
