He combined senior management experience with a continuous improvement mindset to improve the performance of finance functions and support business growth. Strong leader with a track recording of building and developing unified, high-performing teams and experience leading multi-site finance teams of up 50. He has very strong skills at heading digital transformation and key financial projects that enhance efficiencies and streamline processes.
Prior to joining HABTech Solutions on January 1, 2024, Mr. Setiye was Finance Manager of a private foreign company engaged in agriculture and manufacturing as a fulltime employee. Furthermore, He was also Finance Manager in Research & Development Company and Financial Advisor for International NGO on part-time basis.
