Dr. Temesgen Dagne is an accomplished Assistant Professor with over 21 years of experience in academia and management consultancy. Holding a Ph.D. in Public Management and multiple advanced degrees, he has taught at various public and private universities in Ethiopia. His diverse expertise spans Business Administration, Human Resource Management, and International Business Operations, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of management principles.

In addition to his teaching role, Dr. Dagne has served as a project advisor for FNV the Netherlands and has held leadership positions, including Head of the Department of Management and Dean of Postgraduate Programs and Research. His commitment to academic excellence and practical application in management helps shape future leaders and drives impactful solutions that benefit organizations and communities alike.
